Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company has a website selling cable boxes and DVRs which would allow a legal cable customer to eliminate the equipment rental on their cable bills by purchasing their own equipment thru this website. They only accept payment via your checking account and do not accept credit cards. I purchased a device which did not work, I contacted "Jay" who gave me a Return Authorization and I sent the equipment back via UPS. They received the equipment on 4/27/17 I was promised to be sent another unit which would work….well after multiple emails, phone calls and request for a refund, I have received no response as of June 6,2017
