Type of a scam Credit Cards

I received a robocall on my home telephone. The name and number in my caller ID showed C Service 864-689-2030. Recording stated I had credit cards. This was my last chance to reduce my credit card interest rate to 6%. If I wanted to get the service press 1 or press 2 of I was not interested. I pressed number 1 because I wanted to speak to someone because I do not have credit cards. I did not want them to call again. When I pressed the number 1 I did not get a person. It just clicked off.
