The company advertised on Facebook alcohol wipes for sale when there were not any available, right in the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. I ordered alcohol wipes on 3/26. I never received them. They sent an email with tracking information so that the customer will keep on thinking that it is on the way and is just delayed due to Covid-19 restrictions. When I contact them for updates and to request a refund, they do not reply. The tracking website seems to be a fake one, and the information is updated but when I reach out to the company for an update or a refund request, there is no reply.
