Type of a scam Tech Support

I have been getting phone calls numerous times during the day, from 8:00 a.m until after 9:00 p.m. from C. Milkie (that is what my called ID shows). He says my computer is being hacked and his company can fix it. I told him I was on the Do Not Call List and he has to stop calling but he said he won’t stop and I should just report him. This has been going on for at least one month; most of the time we don’t answer the phone. My husband has answered and this C Milkie doesn’t talk to him. We just want the calls to stop and don’t know what to do. He wants money to "fix" our computer.
