TOTAL AV billed me for approx 200.00 us dollars without my authorization. I not know how they got my credit card number but they charged me for an antivirus program that I not subscribe to. I have been using Trend antivirus program for many years and would never get any other program.I called them for a refund and they said they would refund the money. After checking my bank statement I am unable to locate the transaction.It has been totally erased,no deposit or withdrawl,only a small fee of $5.99,,withdrawn under the name Byte Tech. They are very good scammers using very sophistacated techniques
