I have a small claims judgement against a private party.

I got a call from this vendor claiming to be a collection agency.

I signed assigment paperwork as they were going to collect on the debt. After signing the paperwork, they never contacted me again.

I called the courthouse and they said that the judgement was assigned to them.

I have made attempts to contact Bynoe and Associates and they do not return my call.

I have looked them up on the ScamPulse.com site and it says they are not found- which leads me to suspect that they are not a legitimate company.
