Blaux is all over the internet selling personal AC’s. The first ad I saw claimed the engineering was based on a car’s ac made portable, so an actual air conditioner. There were positive reviews all over the website and windows popping up with positive comments from people taking advantage of their 50% discount because introducing this new product. I decided to research further and found a handful to review from what appeared to be independent sites giving the product high marks. "Best Honest Reviews" was one of them as was "APnews.com" which seemed to be following up on reports of "scam" and concluded that all was good."
After I got the two personal ac units for $179 I realized I’d been scammed and that the Covid shipping delays had helped the process.
The small units are nothing more than little low-grade air filters AND they didn’t work. They run for 5-7 seconds when plugged in and then turn off. It took about 10 weeks for these to get to me. They did not manufacture them until they’d sold a some large number of units. I know because I was checking up on the delay and the person paid to maintain the appearance of a working company explained this to me.
The reviews? All fake. I dug deeper and there was no place for me to leave a review or make a comment on their website. The 3rd party reviewer website also a front. And the AP scam report – paid advertising.
The promise of money-back guarantee and hassle free returns – 100% false. After I realized my fancy fans did not even work as fans. I called the toll number and the phone tree took me to where I would be helped but instead after being on a hold for a few minutes, it bounced me to a "customer survey".
Next I decided to call until I got a person. I got someone who said I would have to pay shipping to return for a refund. Then he wouldn’t give me an address. "It’s a long process" he said. What’s the process? I asked. "It’s too complicated" for him to tell me I will receive an email explaining what I have to do in 15 minutes.
It’s been hours – there is no email. I and I’m guessing 100’s of thousands of people like me got scammed. With the profit margins this grift has they can afford to look and seem professional. THIS IS A SCAM. I Blaux’d almost $200 US. I will never see it again I’m doing this complaint for others. DON’T BUY BLAUX !! They recently revised their website to remove AC and the claims of 18 degree drop in temperature so they may be trying to now cover their tracks.

I had the same experience as another person reported..on June 17th I ordered 1 buyblaux ac/humidifier unit and was charged for three. Went immediately to chat and was told it may take awhile to reply. I contacted them by phone, and e-mail several times and received no response. In my e-mail I explained I needed confirmation on my order or I would report them for fraud and still no response. .My account was charged. 214.43.
Doubt if I’ll ever see my product. I called my bank and had a new card reissued. This site should be shut down. I have reported them to the FTC
