I’m going to dispute through PayPal because at this rate I won’t see the product until the pandemic is over.

I had heard of this website through ads on the social media platform Snapchat. The website (vaguely) advertised they were based in Los Angeles, California and for each mask that was ordered, one would be donated to a local hospital in LA.

On April 20th, I placed an order for three face masks and received a confirmation email shortly after. The website said the order should be shipped within 7-10 business days. After 8 days of not receiving any additional information, I reached out via email asking for an update. I sent out a second email between now and then, but have yet to receive a response. I decided to look them up on the ScamPulse.com and found multiple complaints and scam reports very similar to the one I’m writing right now. As of now the website does not exist if you try to pull it up in your internet browser.

I’ve disputed the charge because I never received what I paid for and the website had stated they cannot refund an order once it’s been placed due to health concerns, which makes sense given the nature of the merchandise and the current circumstances of COVID-19. However, that does not excuse the fact that I never got what I paid for with absolutely no apology or explanation from the people that took advantage of anyone who has fallen for this disgusting scam.

I order $43 in masks on April 17th. I have no received my masks or gotten any responses from the company after being told for 3 weeks that products would be shipped at the end of each week. I ordered from this site thinking I was helping, as they said each mask would result in a donation to medical facilities fighting COVID-19.

Company offering masks – for every mask bought they claim to donate a mask to a local hospital. I ordered 10 masks. Received a partial order – 7. I emailed them to let them know, they responded and said would send the remaining masks. That was a month ago. I have emailed 3 more times asking them to either ship the masks or refund the balance. They are not responding to any messages. There is no other way to contact them.

I ordered our masks on 5/1/20 and received a confirmation email. I read on the website to give them 7-10 business days to ship, but it has been 14 and nothing. I have tried to email but no response. I then reached out to someone named Rebecca, that had texted me when I was ordering to give me a discount. She responded that she can not answer order questions or give me another person to contact.
After reading these reviews, this is a scam and I fell for it. Very disappointed in myself but also that people would take advantage of others during this time.

I ordered 2 masks. Got the initial confirmation email. Then didn’t get a shipment email so I reached out. Got a reply from Ashley, she said if would get sent out the following week. I follow up the end of that same week and don’t get a reply. I then ask for a refund. Ashley responds to that. She says she will process the refund. That was 2+ weeks ago. I find their Instagram page and decide to DM. Guess who replies? ASHLEY. She says the same stuff. I again ask for a refund. She says she will do it “right away” and days later conveniently her refund system is down and she can’t do it for me as promised. What a joke. You’re better off disputing with your bank thank talking to a scammer!

Made initial purchase on April 16th. Received one confirmation of purchase email, and nothing since. I have sent repeated emails (because there is no contact number to actually call and speak with anyone…which should have been my first clue this was a scam), and I have never received any responses to my order status requests. It really speaks to these times that [censored] like this look to take advantage of others, all while they claim to be providing some honorable service to their fellow man.
