Type of a scam Travel/Vacations

This person offered us way more than we paid for our timeshare. He also would like a picture of the contract where our names, location of property, and our contract number is located. I told him I would not give him our contract number, and he already knows the location and our names. I feel this is a scam because of the money amount and asking for our contract number.
