I ordered 3 Build-on Brick Mugs for Christmas 2016, and never received them. Couldn’t locate a phone or address, and no one returned my emails. September 2017 I got an email stating mugs were shipped, and I would receive in 14-21 days. Never got a thing.

Can’t get a response from email again.

I ordered a Lego mug from this so- called company. Never received, have sent numerous emails. No phone or customer service people to help you. Never heard back a word. I did get email that said it had shipped. ordered 12/18/16.

I purchased an item advertised on a Facebook ad on 12/17/2016. I received a confirmation via Facebook Messenger and was told to use that for customer service inquiries. On 12/22/2016 I received a tracking number and my credit card was charged. Since that day, the only results for the tracking number through the USPS is a message that a shipping label has been printed. I sent a message via Facebook Messenger as requested, and a few days later received a response saying they were only handling customer service issues via the email address [email protected] I emailed that address, and was told that was incorrect, and that I needed to email [email protected] I did, and have not heard anything nor has the item shipped. The Facebook page for the item has several stories like mine.
