Buffalo Brokerage Company contacted me after I had requested information on several websites offering to buy my timeshare. They knew where I was an owner and the approximate value of the contract. I stated that I would not do business with them unless they could prove to me that their company was approved by the resort where I had ownership. After several phone conversations with Michael at BBC, and several emailed exchanges with Brenda Bianco at BBC, and one phone/email exchange with National Escrow LLC in Springfield, IL, I determined the next course of action was to contact my resort. I forwarded the "Letter of Acceptance" from National Escrow LLC to my resort at . They replied via email and suggested that I call customer service at

USA & CANADA: 1-800-292-9446. When I called, the resort representative promptly looked at my contract and the emailed copy of the "Letter of Acceptance", and stated that it was not legitimate; it did not originate with them.

Both websites of Buffalobrokeragecompany.com and Nationalescrowllc.com appear to be bogus. Most communication contained misspellings and typos.

I am the Executor of S WILL and the recipient of a timeshare via her will. She passed away 06.22.16. Buffalo Brokerage Company called my sisters old cell number and was told they would have to contact the executor of the will. Buffalo Brokerage stated they needed to send an email so the 3rd party gave an email since they did not have my personal email. BBC sent personal information in an email to a 3rd party (an aquisition letter of intent) with regard to her timeshare WITHOUT verifying anything. Not did they ever contact the executor of the will. I contacted the company to make a confidentiality complaint and was told that Ms. Koolman was a supervisor and there is no one I could speak with. I called back and spoke to Charles Harder who stated her would look into the matter.
