They called saying they were Browning and Lee Associates claiming to be working for a company I think they said was CPI. They are a company working for a supposed Loan Company that I took a payday loan out in March 2014. When I asked them for their address they refused to give to me. When I tried to get more information without settling the situation they refused to give any information. I asked for an email or something in black and white and their response to the email, they will send. When I asked who the email will be from, they couldn’t answer. I asked to be sent to that the department refused. In regards to the letter, they claimed to have sent one-which they have not. When I called back several times inquiring information, they refused. The last call, they were going to block my number.
