We placed an order with a local restaurant through Bring Me That. We had never done this before. We were immediately charged a service fee that did not match the order. We called the restaurant and they have never heard of Bring Me That, and did not have our order. We tried to call Bring Me That, but they don’t provide a phone number to call with problems, only a live chat. After 20 minutes with the online agent asking us to wait for an update, they agreed to reverse the charge since they were unsuccessful in submitting the order, something confirmed with an e-mail 5 minutes later. I believe if we had not pursued this so assertively in the chat, we would not have received the fee back.

I went to order from a local restaurant and delivery through this website. I proceeded to call the restaurant and they do not have delivery service of any kind. I went to get the food personally. They informed that they do not deliver food of any type.

Type of a scam Credit Cards

The web site is called Bring Me That. I thought I was ordering my lunch (online) directly from my local chinese restaurant. It turns out that someone from this site called in the order for me, used their credit card and then over charged mine. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges. When I spoke to the owner of the restaurant, she had no idea about this website and has no contract with them.
