Type of a scam Online Purchase

After seeing their ad while checking email, I ordered a Brii Infrared Thermometer for $74.99 from their website on Wednesday, April 22, 2020, and paid the express 2-5 day delivery fee of $14.95. When it did not arrive on Monday, April 27, 2020, I called the next day throughout the day on Pacific Standard Time. The phone rang constantly until it finally disconnected the call. At the end of the day, I sent an email using their website email system and through my email account asking for an update on my order. I called again Tuesday and Wednesday their time PST throughout the day to have the phone ring constantly and finally disconnect. I sent a second email at the end of the day. It is the end of the day EST, so I am now pretty sure that this is a scam and I have lost my $89.94. I hope this is not the case but it definitely looks as if it is. I also hope this will be an alert to others to thoroughly investigate this company prior to ordering from them.
