Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

On March 11, 2019 I reviewed my credit card charges. I saw a charge that I did not make dated March 9, 2019 from Brighten Beauty. I called my bank, talked to the fraud department, and cancelled my card, and disputed the charge. My bank said the company ( same name Brighten), also put a charge on my December 2018 account, which I was not aware of. That charge was from Brighten Comp. from Nevada. I filled out an online Colorado ScamPulse.com fraud form, and I tried to call the company. the number listed on the website (Brighten Beauty.com) rang, but an automated answer said the number was out of service. I continued to investigate, and found that the company is located at 11551 E. 45th Street Denver CO. I tried the phone number again, a woman answered, saying she was customer service. I asked for the billing dept., she said they were not available, and said she would help. I told her about the false charge form the Brighten Company. She said it was not false, that I ordered CBD Oil. I told her the website Brighten Beauty.com which I looked at, and found the phone number was a women’s beauty cream supply company which I obviously did not order from. She said that I ordered CBD oil. I told her no way. I asked where the Brighten Company was located , she said she didn’t know, she was in California. I said my the charge on my credit card said Colorado. The December charge from Brighten Beauty (which I was not aware of until my bank told me of today) was from Nevada. Then she said I ordered CBD oil from Florida. By now I told her I would not be paying for any order, that this sounded like a scam company. She said she would credit my card with the March 9 date, but not the December one. I told her this Brighten company was a scam, and I would not pay those charges from any Brighten Company..Colorado, Nevada, California, Florida.
