I ordered an espresso machine from this site. When I tried the phone number it was a Google number and when I tried to email it wouldn’t go through. I reported to PayPal and am awaiting a refund of 299.00 and reported to the BBB. The site (brestoreplus.com)is a scam!

I ordered a coffee maker off this site. I felt I did my research enough to feel comfortable with this site. When I paid through paypal and got my order number, something seemed off. So I tried to email the [email protected] and it was returned: Message not delivered. Your message couldn’t be delivered to [email protected] because the remote server is misconfigured. See technical details below for more information…. So I tried calling the number they provide. It’s a google number where no one is available and they ask that you leave your name. So I did. No response. I then researched the actual Breville company. Same address but a different phone number. When I called, gave them what I was given for an order number, they couldn’t locate it. Tried name, address, phone number…no success. They asked what website I ordered it from and I told them thebrestore.com. They told me to file a complaint immediately. Because it’s still in a pending status with paypal AND my bank, no one can do a thing. $309 out the window…….DO NOT USE THIS WEBITE! IT’S A SCAM!!!!!
