Type of a scam Online Purchase

I tried to use the mixing and mastering service offered by this website for one of my tracks. I was convinced on using their service after reading the "About Me" section as it stated they worked with well known artists and companies. I decided to purchase this service, and when prompted to upload my track/s, I kept getting an "error" message. I tried about 10 different times and kept getting an error message. I thought it was maybe because the file I was trying to upload was about 260 MB, even though their website said the max file size I could send them was 4GB (red flag already). I then tried to contact their "customer service" using their website "contact form", but got no response (another red flag). I then compressed the files I was trying to send, which reduced the size to about 75MB, and finally I was able to upload and successfully send the tracks for mixing and mastering.

I waited for about 4 days, and never received any email confirming they received the files or confirmation of my purchase for their service. Again, I tried to contact them using their "contact form" off their website, but still after 24 hrs I never received a response. I looked this company up on Facebook, and found their page so I sent them a message on there. It said they typically responded to messages within an hour, but after trying to contact them via Facebook, still no response from them. Finally a few days after that I came to the conclusion I wasn’t going to get a response from them or get my service that I paid for so I opened a PayPal claim. PayPal opened a case and I then sent them an email about the case, to which they never responded either. I then escalated the claim so PayPal could review it, and of course they ruled in my favor refunding me my money back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BREATH TAKING BEATS. They do not care about customer service.
