Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered from this website Bravozone.shop the shipment day process was 5-10 business days it has been passed that almost up to 3 weeks I have not received anything from what I purchased. I emailed there customer service email and they took forever to respond. I then emailed them again they had an exuse if saying there was a typhoon that hit there way I don’t believe that at all it’s been literally 3 weeks there customer service phone number is horrible they never pick up. There email service is horrible as well . I do not reccomend this website to anyone they are frauds and they took my money that I paid a purchase to and I have not received anything I am very displeased with this terrible company and I do not recommend Bravozone.shop horrible company .
