Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

I recently received two Priority Mail envelopes that were refused or undeliverable to the original addressees. Someone has used USPS.com Click and Ship to create an account using my information. Both envelopes contained checks and nothing else, in the amounts of $2690.90 and $3350 made out to the addressee. I am in the process of filing fraud complaints with the USPS. Also my credit card had 12 charges of 67.60 each to USPS.COM Clicknship which were reversed.
