I had contacted a company called BoxerSnow Removal or “BSRI” in Ottawa, ON via an ad in Kijiji (but was listed in the ad as “Action Snow removal”). All communications was via email. I originally received a quote from a 3rd party for reasons unknown. Thinking it was simply a subcontractor or sent in error I sent an follow on email with what I assumed was the BSRI owner, I later received a quote from BSRI. I agreed to the quote, paid and signed and returned it via email to BSRI prior to the snow season. The service has never started and I have been unable to contact the company. Both email and the phone number are no longer in service.

My neighbor also contracted with this company and has never received the service.
