Type of a scam Online Purchase

Website offering discounts on popular items due to other companies having overstock. Tried to buy Dr Martens boots, website stated they had 80 in their stock in my size, ordered them and received an email welcoming me to the website with my password for account and contact email if there was any issues. Then received a transaction processed email stating money had been taken from my account for the order from [email protected] Could not reply to this email address, on my bank account, the name came up as costly online shop, but google searches revealed nothing. Website looks legit, has all the correct payment and security stamps, however on the ‘contact us’ page, there is only a form to fill out, which doesn’t send and no contact phone number. After multiple attempts to email, my order turned up but of course was incorrect – instead of boots I received Nike slides! With no way to return them.
