Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a piece of furniture off the website "bootenly.com" and they mailed me the incorrect product, instead mailing me face masks. Then, after communicating with the customer service team and after the claimed they sent a replacement product, it was "unable to be delivered." Then, the company completely stopped answering emails. The website is down now, the phone number doesn’t work, and it claimed that it was based in California, on the original website. Now every time I try to track the "shipment," it says the link has expired. I try to track it with USPS (I don’t even know if this was the correct carrier, as the company does not respond to my emails asking what local carrier they used after the package should have arrived in the USA), and they haven’t been able to help me so far, but I submitted a new claim.
