I made a purchase on this website, the tracking information on this had not been updated in over a week, so I reach out to the shipping carrier and ask for an update on my package after not being able to get in contact with boohoo, I’m told it was last scanned on 4/24 that and that an empty box was received and I should file a lost package claim with the shipper. I relay this information to boohoo by email and I am told to contact them again on the May 10th if I still haven’t received it, which is still days away. I again repeat to them that it has been confirmed by the carrier that my package is lost, which has already been paid for. They go on to tell me that it is policy and they look forward to hearing from me. I reach out to them on the 11th as my package has obviously not been delivered and again my account has already been charged, they go on on to tell me that the items have been sold out and they will refund me $94, this does not include the tax or shipping for the items I paid for and did not receive. I reach out to them by social media in hopes I’ll get more help that what I’ve gotten by email and they go on to tell me they have refunded me my money back. I reiterate to them that I have my invoice and screenshots of the items and I want my full refund back, they stop responding and I had to go and dispute the charge thru my bank. Their social media page is full of people with the same issues. This business is not good and they steal your money and send empty packages and do not care to provide sufficient customer service or have open means of communication for their trusting customers. The stress this has cause me, and money, I will not trust boohoo with my business again. It’s been almost a month and now I have to wait for the dispute to go through with my bank.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

I purchased clothing from Boohoo with two different orders. They took money out of my account. They sent me a package but it was not what I ordered and the clothing was dirty and used. I had to pay to mail it back. I was told they never got it. I sent them the receipt info showing it was sent and received. I never got my money back and I was ignored in emails. I sent them a email letting them know I never received the right dresses I ordered but two large different dresses. Here is what they said to me!

Dear Marsha,

I’ve just had a check to see if your parcel has been received back into the warehouse and your returns haven’t been received just yet.

Please don’t worry; at this stage this is perfectly normal. We tend to receive returns around 7-14 days after the day that you handed them to the post office.

We do however, ask you to wait up to 21 days for your refund as this allows for any delays in the mail, although it’s uncommon for returns to take this long.

If you haven’t received an email to confirm we have your return by day 21, please send us a message via e-mail, Facebook or twitter with a photo of your proof of postage receipt and we’ll get your refund sorted out straight away.

They told me they still didnt get the package and I need to make post office give my money back!

I am not and have not been a customer of boohoo.com but 10/30/17 $317.75 was charged to my credit card with 15 other transaction declined from them all on the same days. attempted to contact the company but no response… the charges are still in dispute status with my credit card company.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Made purchase in Nov, received items, two of the four needed to be returned, I returned my items, paying for my parcel to be sent to the Atlanta address, my refund was suppose to given 5/7 days after they received my package, it’s going on a month! I’ve been sending emails to customers service, because their isn’t a number to reach these people. I looked at their reviews and several people are experiencing the same exact thing.
