Bohofash.com: Some items showed up some didn’t. The ones that did are terrible quality and not as pictured and not anything near the size I ordered. They gave me a run around on returning, wanted pictures and for me to pay for shipping. I didn’t. I still haven’t received some items. Do not order from this place it is fake.

I placed an order with this company last night around midnight. I sent an email immediately after stating to cancel it, due to longer shipment times. They sent an email back stating it was already shipped out. However, they did not provide me with any information regarding this shipment (ie a tracking number). I asked for them to still cancel due to not giving me proof of a tracking number and holding onto the email and proceeding with the order anyways.

This business is disohnest and fradulent. They use other online stores’ photos for clothing but the actual quality of clothing is extremely poor and not like the photos shown or described. They claim to allow returns within 15 days but clothing takes more than 2 weeks to arrive. They have a business address in Michigan but all items are shipped from China and that’s why it takes so long to ship. Their policy is no returns on sale items but ALL items in store are on sale so this is extremely dishonest. When you complain and request a refund for poor quality items, they will try to send you new items for free but will ask you to pay for the shipping which will cost you another $40. I also never received one of them items I ordered and it’s been over a month. There are many similar complaints online about this business and people’s negative experiences after doing some research about them.

Ordered item. When it arrived it looked nothing like the descriped item or the picture of it online. And the material was horrible, like tacky costume material. Asked to return the item and was refused because it was "on sale". However everything on their site it on sale. So no one can return the crappy others and get their money back. Customer service refuses. Complete scam- as nothing matches online and you cannot return. Looked up reviews and hundreds of people have had the exact same experience.

I purchased my item and it took 5 weeks to get here. When I pulled it out of the package, it was stained. It was also poorly made and wouldn’t have fit my 6 year old niece. I asked to return it, and they sent me a copy of the return policy which states that it must be done within 15 days of receiving it. Conveinently, they didn’t respond for five days. I emailed them CONSTANTLY asking for the return address and they wouldn’t supply it, so I went with the one that’s listed on their site. I received an email that it wasn’t the correct address (which I figured, since it’s an address is Michigan, and my product came from China.) So I paid for international shipping for a dress that was supposed to be coming from the United States, the dress sucked, and the customer service reps tried to smooth it over by saying "You can have anything from the site, just pay shipping." So you want ME to pay for your peace offering? I don’t think so. They then blocked me on social media.

This company (Boho Factory) is an absolute SCAM! I received two dresses and both are completely see thru. When I asked for an exchange on one dress and a refund on the other, they asked me if I had seen their refund policy. The refund policy states that they cannot refund products that are on sale. When you look at their website you can see that ALL of the items are on sale. I had also ordered a shirt in which I did not receive (apparently it was sold out before my order shipped off). They offered me a store credit but I would have to pay the shipping. They DO NOT allow refunds…even for items not received. I made a comment on their Facebook page that the dress was see thru and tried to warn others and my comment was deleted and they banned me from commenting anymore and have blocked my messages on Facebook Messenger. That goes to show what kind of company this really is. Not at all concerned about their customer satisfaction but interested in just making money and ripping people off for their cheap clothes. Their website claims top quality clothing and satisfaction guaranteed. They also claim free refunds.

I placed an order on Feb 25 and now March 5th there is no shipping or information on if or when it will be sent. It says it is "international" however the company is on 12 mile in Southfield MI> They took my money and no product. There is no refund page unless you have a tracking number. I wrote to the company, no response. This is a scam and it is all over facebook and I cannot get my money back!
