April 5, 2017: Purchase a building permit package.
My credit card was charged $151.53.
No reply: after repeatedly calling, leaving voice messages, emails and fax.
Phone number on my credit card statement (808)255-9455 has message saying "at the subscribers request this phone does not accept incoming calls. Emailed to [email protected] and [email protected]
Also sent them a fax to 808-356-0933 and no response.
