Problem:
I ordered a washer/dryer combo from these people, after doing an on line search for this product. Their web site popped up, so I ordered it from them. They took the money out of my account, but never delivered my washer/dryer combo. I have repeatedly contacted them by email, asking about my order, but they never answer me.
Desired Outcome:
I would like to have the product they sold me in good, (new) condition. If not my washer/dryer combo, I would like to have my money back.
