Type of a scam Online Purchase

My husband purchased GoPro Cameras on Feb 16, 2018. Money came out of his checking account that day, and as of today, April 6, 2018, he still have no cameras. Numerous calls to customer support, leaving many messages with promises of a return call, but nothing. No return calls, no cameras. We see many complaints from others on Facebook that they have also purchased these cameras and have not received them, warning of a SCAM!! This company brags about their great customer support – HA!! We can not get an answer from anyone. He would like the money back!!! They are still advertising on Facebook and we think the ads should be removed from Facebook to stop any more trusting customers to be taken.
