Initial means of contact Email

Contacted Billy’s Border Collies via their website email asking for information on Rosie the border collie on their website. Received great information on her care and price of $850.00. Tried to send a Zelle payment through my bank and it was immediately flagged as spam and payment not sent. Fraud department has the information on it.

Contacted the website by email of the problem and was given another email address to send payment to which I did not do. He even sent me a signed contract with address in PA. I googled the phone. Number and that is how I found out it was a spammer. Contacted them again via email and received email back that he would call me. Never heard another word.

I am more than willing to send anyone my email from this spammer and the contract.

They need to be stopped.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

My husband and I were googling border collie puppies for sale and came across this website. We decided to contact the breeder to get more information about the available puppies and were surprised when the breeder contacted us back quickly and with a ton of information. At first everything seemed as though this was a true reputable breeder, so we decided to go ahead and purchase a puppy from him. All contact was done through email and he used CashApp for us to send him the payment. After a family member started digging into this website more, he emailed the breeder to ask for vet records and immunization records to be sent to him as proof – the breeder responded that the puppy in question had just been sold and was no longer available. We also noticed the website failed to include any information as to where the puppies would be coming from. So we emailed the breeder and asked to speak over the phone. In the photos that were sent to us, the family seemed to be a white family, but when we got on the phone with the breeder (whose phone number was listed as a MN number and not PA), we sounded Indian. There was a lot of background noise so it was very difficult to hear him and when we asked for him to provide us proof that this was not a scam he became defensive and only wanted to know why we were asking. We never got an answer from him. Finally I emailed asking for a refund, and have not head back.
