I placed an order with bigzdeal.com. I was charged and I received an email stating my item had been shipped, but no tracking information was provided. I waited several weeks, emailed customer service listed on the website order status page, and received an email saying that my item would be delivered within 5 business days. I had requested tracking, but they did not provide it. I waited another week or two, emailed them again, and received no response. I filed a dispute with Paypal and was refunded my money. Their website is now ‘down for maintenance’, and I have noticed multiple other complaints about similar encounters. I will check the box by ‘Did the victim lose money?’ because I personally had my money refunded, but I don’t know if Paypal was able to get the money back from the company.

I purchased a product on 11/24/16 and paid through PayPal. I received an email 3 days later saying that the product has shipped but nothing further. I have sent emails through the customer service on the website but have gotten no response. There is no phone number to call and other people have left reviews saying the same thing.
