I ordered a T-shirt off of the Big Ballers website and haven’t recieved any US postal tracking info for almost 2 months. I have sent numerous emails about the status of my package or any legitimate information regarding my package, and if they couldn’t provide anything other then the confirmation that the money wasn’t taken out of my account, I requested a refund due to unreliable service. I am still waiting to hear anything back. I just want my money back at this point.

I paid $65.00 for a big baller sweater on12/10/17 and my order never arrived. It’s 1/6/18 and still no response to my emails. The website has no number to call. I keep sending emails asking for my refund but there’s nothing back.

If you pre-ordered the “Z02 Wet” Autographed Lonzo Ball shoe good luck getting them. $1000 and 7 months later still dont have the shoes not an answer back from the company when i requested and estimated time of arrival. This family is to focused on bailing out one of the “Ball Brothers” for stealing sunglasses in China it has caused a dely in their Ponzi Scheme.

I ordered from them, two different order number, one is order number 21908 a BBB tshirt amounting to $45 and the other one is order number 23088 a BBB hoodie amounting to $85 which THEY NEVER DELIVERED! i contacted them for a refund MANY TIMES THRU EMAIL but THEY DIDN’T REPLY ANYMORE!!! before, by the time they replied they said that it was being delivered, next thing they said that i should expect the delivery to arrived within the day, next they said that the shipment was returned back to them, then i cancelled it since it already took long, then again they said that it was being delivered so i waited again, then they send a fake tracking which cannot be track the item because it says there that the item is still with bigballer, then i emailed them again to cancel then no replies at all. please file a case against this company! found out also that i am not the only one who experienced the same scenes with big baller scammer!
