Type of a scam Employment

Asked to apply for the position of Payment Manager , work at home, $30 per hour/ 40 hours a week.I asked to job details and about the company. Scammer send me a Job Description and a 2-page application form. I printed the application form and resend it to the scammer last night.. At 8 am this morning there was an email telling me that I am already hired and the next part of the hiring process is to fill up some forms where i need to send a copy of my Passport and Driver’s License. There was also a form for direct deposit where i should enclose a void cheque.
