Received a letter stating $40.00 for a parking ticket at a place where the car has never been parked. This car and tag has been sitting due to the driver (which is our son) was in a motor cycle accident and in the ICU for trauma to the brain. He is 100% disabled veteran with a DMV tag. I have checked Department of Motor Vehicles for FLorida and there no parking tickets.

We have called the number listed and it goes to a voice mail. The only way to pay is by calling with a credit/debt card which is stated on the letter.

This company is trying to get me to pay someone else’s parking tickets. They have sent me "tickets" that include my licence plate number, but one is listed with plates for another state, and both have the make and model of my vehicle incorrect.

The company does not answer their phone or call back. They will only e-mail, waiting 9-12 days to reply so that the time window closes and they can send it to collections.

The person who responds to e-mails may be a robot as it doesn’t seem any e-mails get read and responded to appropriately.

Beyer & Associates LLC Attorneys at law send a letter stating my name and address and my cars licence plate has a violation of NO PAYMENT TO PARK 75. Re: PLATINUM DFW-Dallas Notice #10005211861 on 03/29/2019 Location: 2708 Elm Street. It states I owe a balance of $75.00. I’ve not been to TX in over 20 years. The law office phone 888-851-6558 goes straight to VM. My car shows no tickets per the Department of Vehicles. This is a Scam!
