I received a call on my home telephone. Caller was Chanelle with Better Health Care. They offered two free diabetic cook books. Also $100 gift certificate. Anywhere I wanted to spend it. I thought it was my diabetic supply company. Caller had my name and address. She asked for my social security number. They needed to check my insurance. I gave out the last four digits of my social security number. When I called the phone number back on my caller ID 614-583-6954 recording stated not in service. I phoned the Federal Trade Commission. Advised me to put fraud alert on my credit report.
