Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

Received a call from "Michael " stating he had a refund for me from ScamPulse.com. ($ 899.00). to be delivered @ 4:30 this afternoon. after some conversation – he got to requirement of getting $200.00 card from Walmart to give to delivery person (Michael Favors) when he gave me the check this afternoon. had information of my purchasing Microsoft computer over the internet services in the past- very bad service was given. Have pestered me since then-trying to give back funds—wanting Bank information, credit card numbers etc to send refund funds–would not send check via mail, so I never gave them information. He used ScamPulse.com Name several times
