Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I bought luggage from Bestzr. 14 days later I got ear phones and not my luggage. I sent numerous emails and finally was told that their logistics department made an error and that they re-snd the luggage. I requested a facility that shipped fast like fedex. They shipped through EMS Courier Service in China. Bestzr made a claim that they could have my purchase to me in 10 days and that it would come from Canada. That was a lie, it came from China and I ordered December 13th, 2018 and it is now February 18th, 2019 and I still do not have my purchase. I was smart enough to use paypal and so have now received my money back, but, the shipping company posted fake and false updates on the merchandise. I now find out my purchase is sold out. The shipping company EMS says they are affiliated with USPS, but, they are not. This scam shipping company sent updates even though it was not ever in the USA. I was advised by USPS to complete a mail fraud form, which I did, to have this company investigated. The seller company, Bestzr, was contacted about the shipping company excuses and false information but have not done an investigation to find out why the luggage got lost. The shipping company refuses to send any emails as to what happened. I have seen so many complaints on ScamPulse.com about these companies and I want to tell everyone Don’t give up. File a mail fraud complaint with USPS on the shipping company and also notify your credit card company and or paypal, Apple Pay, etc to request your money back. Keep all your emails to these companies and also your replys. Attach them to your complaint form. If you dig deep enough you can get a address for the shipping company and also the seller. I was lucky and did not give up and everyone that has been scammed out of money needs to follow up and be a BULL DOG!!! Be aggressive and show these companies you mean business. USPS has no affiliation with EMS shipping. I also contacted facebook about Bestzr and its practices and hopefully all their ads will be pulled. They go by many names, so, if you order anything off facebook or instagram do your homework and look into the company and also check it out with BBB. I also contacted paypal and they are looking into permanently removing them from using their site also. Good Luck and we must stand up against this type of scam. I emailed both companies several times a day. You can do the same. With all of us taking a stand we will make a difference.
