They get you to sign a contract to sell your timeshare and sell you a membership with another vacation club and tell you that they will refund your membership dues if they do not sell your timeshare in 6 months, However when they do not sell your timeshare, you cannot get your funds back and they quit responding to you. They are a complete scam.
