2 bottles of Bellesse & Euphoric Skin Cream that were supposed to be trial bottles of skin serum. If you go to disclaimer page you will read in VERY SMALL PRINT that after 15 days if you don’t call to cancel you become a member and will be charged $95.00 per bottle and they will send a bottle of the two products every month.
When I got my first credit card statement and I saw the charges, on my statement I was furious. Not only did I not get the merchandise, I never agreed to become a member. Most trials are free, you pay for shipping which I did.
This was in November. In December I disputed the charges on my credit card statement. With a representative of Capital One on the phone the Company agreed to refund and cancel the account. As of today, February 16th I am still being charged. If you look on line under "BELLESSE-FREE-TRIAL and read the fine print you will see it is not free at all!
