In July I ordered a dress from there and it never got shipped so I asked them if they could refund my money, On July 10 they said “Your refund $45.24 request has been received. It usually takes 10-15 working days for our financial department to deal with your refund”,they kept saying because it’s international it takes longer for them to refund the money. I’ve emailed them each month asked them to please refund me my money back and they keep giving me the same excuse. It’s December 19, and I still have never received anything.

A month later I reached out again, and again a month after that and still no refund.. it was super disappointing to be taken advantage of especially while dealing with such a tragic event in my life. I found the company while browsing Pinterest.

Hello!

Through Instagram I found a Bellalike advertisement in which they sold very nice dresses at a great price. I decided to buy one of the dresses through www.bellalike.com and it cost me *** USD. I paid with a credit card and they said 5-7 days of express shipping. My dress never arrived so I demanded that they give me back the money. I have already written them 7 times and the answer they always give me is that the return is still in process. I really do not know what to do and I come to you to help me please to solve this because apparently it was a scam.

I placed 2 orders with bellalike.com & after 2 weeks pasted with no movement or notifications, I requested both orders be cancelled. I had also researched the company on-line & discovered many negative reports. I was told that refunds take 15 to 25 working days to process. Today is working day 28 & I’m still waiting on refunds. I’ve sent 6 emails requesting updates & get canned replies to be patient. I’ve read from other victims that refunds are never received. Shipping of orders takes months & once received, the items do not look like the pictures & the sizing is wrong. When asking to return items, people have been told to give the items away because cost to ship them back is too great. I fear I will never see my refunds & will just be out $72.44 & $109.42!! BUYER BEWARE!! THIS COMPANY IS UP TO NO GOOD & SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!

Purchased clothing two months ago and still have only received one merchandise! I ordered @least 8 dresses well over $150 only received one which is extremely poor quality nothing like pictures. Very poor customer service, return policy and money back.

I went on their website and purchase a dress and a T-shirt and paid expedited shipping which was an extra $13. I received the shirt two months later and it was about three sizes too small I asked for the dress was with no response. I opened a dispute of the payment and because they supplied the tracking number for the awful T-shirt, my dispute was closed showing that my goods were delivered. This website is an absolute scam they will not return or refund any money

Want to buy a dress online came across this website called bellalike through an *** ad. And never got it for a month. Decided to check reviews and everyone was saying it was a scam! I emailed them to refund my money back and they said it takes a month or more to do that so they suggested to give me a coupon of 45 bucks and I denied it and asked for my money back and no reply!
