This business provided return instructions on their website indicating that I would be refunded my money within 1 week of their receipt of my return package. After Bellalike received my return (which I have tracking confirmation of) I was not refunded my money in 1 week, therefore after 2 weeks I emailed them again. The customer service representative, Catherine, indicated they did in fact receive my return but their refund process is very slow and it would take 30 days before I saw my refund.

After 30 days I still did not receive a refund so I emailed Bellalike again. A customer service representative named Lily replied. She told me that it takes a long time to process refunds, but that mine would be put to the top of the list, as I had been waiting so long. It has now been 62 days and still no refund. I emailed them again a few days ago told them if I did not receive a refund I would report their business. A customer service representative named Ella replied this time, and said they are still working on it.

It is clear to me that this is a scam and they are trying to keep my money, hoping I’ll give up. The items I returned were unworn, in original packaging and returned within the allotted time period.
