Homeless looking man came to my door and said that we ordered a repair for our refrigerator. They had our name, but we never called about a refrigerator as it was fine. I talked to him Through the peephole and sent him away and then received a phone call immediately thereafter. The man said we turned away his repair man and we had ordered a repair and mentioned our refrigerator model number. I wouldn’t even know where to find our model number . When I called the number back, it went straight to voicemail with no message. It was a scam to get inside our house. I have reported to the police.
