Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased 5 items for $*** each online, and at the end of the transaction, I checked a box that said that I agree to all terms and conditions and placed my order. THEN, a page came up that said that I had just agreed to join a membership and they took $*** for a membership fee and $*** for the items that I had ordered. When I emailed their help line, all I got was a standard letter saying that the membership fee was non refundable. When I called the 2 phone numbers, neither of them worked. All of the membership b.s. didn’t appear until after the purchase was made. I’m an 86 year old veteran, paralyzed from a stroke, on a fixed income. I have problems paying for all of my medications every month. These people are heartless. The 2 phone numbers they advertise are: 858-239-1*22 and 888-4*8-1841. Neither one of them every ring. Their email address is: [email protected] And the letters I received from them came from: [email protected]
