Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order with this company on 12/16/16, through their website and decided I wanted to cancel my order because I was unsure about the products. I emailed their customer service contact provided on their website, immediately after placing the order to let them know I wanted to cancel the order I had just placed, and asked how to go about doing so. I never received a response. I then went to their Instagram page (which is how I came across the company in the first place) and wrote a comment on their page asking them to respond to my email. I never received a response on there either. So, today, 12/30/16 I went back to their Instagram page again and sent them a Direct Message (DM) asking what is going on. I also commented on a few of their posts. About 10 minutes after contacting them in this way, they blocked me from viewing their Instagram account. I had my friend go to their page so that I may view it, and found that they had deleted all of my comments.

This "company" has horrible practices and I now have a feeling that they are selling fake / impostor products. They are also taking advantage of customers and scamming people of their money.
