Type of a scam Other

When I ordered the trial products on 1/27/2016, no terms of conditions was there. And I didn’t receive the trial products until early Feb, but I received email for the charge of two orders $89.95 and $92.53 at night on 2/10/2016. I replied the email right away on 2/10 that I didn’t place the orders. The next morning, I called their customer service to make sure I didn’t place the order. The lady ensured me to extend the trial and no charge will be made until 3/25/2016 and will email me the terms & condition which I still haven’t received yet as today. Today 2/16, I received their supplement bottle I didn’t order. So I checked my credit card statement online and turned out they still charge me $89.95 and $92.53. I called again. Ethan Morrison explained to me that my 2-week trial period is passed. They can’t refund the money. The best is 35%. Later he changed to 50% refund for "trial products" after 2 weeks. This is a scam exactly explained in http://supplementpolice.com/skin-care-free-trial-scams/ This company should not be getting away for the way they run the business to steal customer’s money in fine prints I don’t even receive or see.
