Received email from Marjorie E Gardella of ScamPulse.com Abuse Department stating that my company is violating the Fair Labor Standards Act and to download the document. I am to send a response in 48 hours with information about what I intend to do. This has no bearing on me as my company doesn’t have any employees.

The owner of our company received an email from "Tommy S Harrison" claiming to be with the BBB Abuse Dept. Tommy says that our company has received a complaint and that we are violating the Safety and Health Act with a link to a "document" that explains the complaint. We received a case number and even a request asking us to send him a message in 48 hours to explain how we are going to resolve the complaint. The email address used is not even close to a BBB email address.
