*I replied that afternoon with my resume attached, but after seeing that he asked for my last4ss# and DOB, I asked this individual where he got my original contact information. He stated he found my information on DICE.com. *at this point I had not discussed the position with this individual yet and proceeded to call the individual to discuss the job details verbally to clarify the position information since email stated "Research Coordinator" yet titled "Project Specialist". The individual clearly and confidently sold the position to me, telling me that the position was a W2 position with SONY electronics. I asked then to confirm the Zipcode of the Sony Office and they said "let me confirm that with our client", placed me on hold, and then confirmed the Sony Office location to be 92127. I was interested in the position and asked what the next steps were to obtain an interview. The individual sent me an email to verify representation via DocuSign. I signed the pre-filled statement via Docusign for representation confirmation and sent it back to them. He proceeded to connect with me on LinkedIn.

*The individual called me and texted me to confirm that he had submitted my resume to the "Client" and that the "Client" was interested to meet with me via WebEx video call. I confirmed with him a time and he stated that he would have his manager (Manish Gupta [email protected]) reach out with me about the interview details.

With this reply, I called "Vishal Saxena" at 9253990630, to let them know I had concerns joining a video meeting with individuals without knowing whom I was going to be speaking with. I asked "Vishal Saxena" where exactly his offices were located and under what business name he was operating. He stated "he was an outsourced recruiter contracted with BayOne Solutions" and after pressing him for his location, he stated he "was working offshore".

*I respectfully declined to continue engaging with this individual and told him I was no longer interested in joining the meeting or pursuing the position he was presenting to me. I did some research on the internet for some solid reviews, and only found a handful or so (less than 30 reviews, most which are 5star reviews from individuals who seem to have Indian backgrounds and live overseas, AND about 5 1star reviews from individuals who seem to have a Western/White background in the USA, who claim to have had a poor experience with this "company"). I believe this is a group of scammers with the goal of stealing individuals personal and identity information including personal history, location data, social security information, dates of birth, and personal photos/image. I would encourage individuals engaging with these individuals to do thorough research before handing any information including resumes to these individuals. I also ask that the ScamPulse.com take action to close this entity if it is possible.
