Type of a scam Phishing

Phishing scam disguised as federal student loan. Do not fall for it! Has left several messages over the last year. The same person, but her name has changed no less than 3 times (I’ve saved a few messages to compare and it’s the same voice). She never states the company she is with nor who she is trying to reach. It’s always the same script and case number, even down to the same "uh" and "um." It could be a robo-voice, but it’s a really good one if it is. This has been reported and shared by many people online on sites like 800notes or whycallme (we all get the same case number too!). The callback number given has changed between an 888 and 866 number over time, but the caller id never matches.
