Type of a scam Online Purchase

I have been terribly scammed by the Balanced Well Health company… After reviewing my credit card statement and finding a pending charge from them for product I did not order for almost $100.00…. So I called and inquired about the charge and they said it was for the Free product they sent me as it stated in the terms and conditions I would be charged the full amount of the product if I did not call and cancel my free 1 month trial product in 14 days from the day I placed the order… They say they have a clause in the purchase form,…. that states you will be charged almost $100.00 (94..00 and some change) for the so called FREE1 month supply of the product, when you order,….If you don’t call and cancel the item in 14 days from the date of your order..….. You are then charged the entire price of the product which was not disclosed anywhere in the advertisement….., and I went back in,… and re-read the advertisement…. It never once mentioned the actual cost of the product, or that you had to cancel in 14 days from the date of your order to not be charge the real price of the product…This was supposed to be,…… A 30 day trial for a new weight loss product from the wonderful ABC show Shark Tank…. And the Standford student who came up with the formula for weight loss….For the cost of their shipping… $4.97…. As how can they say you have a 30 day free trial and then charge you for product in less than 14 days from when you receive it…. If I knew they were going to put me on a membership service and send me product every month and charge me 100.00 every month I would have never ordered the Free 30 day trial…. I also think may be another company is using the Shark Tank show and they are not even affiliated with the Shark Tank Show…. As when I try to go back in Under their name and try and make a new order the product picture changes completely to a different product… I am wondering if I even got the product I thought I was ordering…??? When checking my statement I ordered on the 28 of May after 12:00am…. And if they are counting the days in transit to me and the weekends… I was really sick after taking this product, and so two days was all I could do… I didn’t originally call to cancel anything,…. as It was a Free trial product…. so I thought…. I just wanted to find out why they charged my credit card for $94.97….
