Type of a scam Online Purchase

Thought I was purchasing a product called Nano Tape from a TikTok ad. After checkout, I saw that they charged me $120 instead of the 1.57 or so it was supposed to have been. Upon calling the number associated with the charge, they stated that I had "agreed" to enroll in a VIP membership wherein I could pay a membership fee and then buy products for only the cost of shipping. Of course, when I made the purchase I did not see any such terms of service, and would never have knowingly enrolled in a membership to buy cheap products such as tape. They informed me they could only refund half of the cost, and became hostile when I demanded a full refund. They basically said next time read more carefully and you’re lucky we are refunding you anything. They wouldn’t even give me a real company name, nor did they send any confirmation email. I filed a dispute with my card issuer, but I am not expecting anything out of that. It is clear the only business this company is in is tricking people into enrolling in useless memberships. I had to trick them into telling me the name of their website (vipmembershipclub.com) by calling from a different number as they hung up on me when I called back with my regular phone.
