Company sells overpriced items that look different their pictures. Refunds are a joke. They do not answer their phone and take forever to answer an email. They will not give you a full refund even if item not as described. They should not be allowed to sell products!

Warning: Do not order from this company! They will send you a tracking number for your order that cannot be tracked. They do not answer their phone, at best you will get an automated reply to email inquiries. They are an e-commerce scammer who should be arrested for outright fraud.

The worst thing they do is suggest they are affiliated with law enforcement.

I ordered the No Contact Infrared Forehead Thermometer – Fast & Accurate Fahrenheit Readings from the store Back Your Hero™. It arrived much later than expected. It was broken. No batteries were included. I tried four different sets of batteries and nothing worked. I saw on the ‘inspection card", that it was not stamped but already inked along with the writing on the card. When I contacted the company, they will not refund or replace the broken thermometer. I need it for my office during COVID-19 with patients. I was told I would get a 100% coupon but I have to pay shipping. I have reached out for the coupon and inquired about the shipping costs. I have not heard back for days. BEWARE.

This company has a great name, making you think you are doing something good for someone. "**** **** *****" And it has thermometers, and other COVID-19 related items on there "for sale." But what it does is it takes your credit card, charges it with no intention of mailing the items to you. There is an email address that no one ever answers. I have Mailtrack so I know someone opens the email but they never answer. No one answers the telephone number on the website either. Bottom line is that this company is fraudulent and someone should check into it ans shut down the website to avoid other people being scammed out of money.

They keep taking orders and payment of a product they do not longer have, but do not tell customers. They do not respond to any emails (only automated answers). They create a shipping label and then never send the product. Then send this message when asked where the product is:

Sorry to hear that your package is taking longer than expected. We have shipped this on time and sent it to the post office to be delivered. I will reach out to the Postal Service first thing in the morning and inquire about the location of your package and make sure it gets to you as soon as possible. If they have not located by the morning we will send you a replacement with priority rush shipping. Please feel free to keep both items when they arrive. Sorry again for the delay.

I don’t think this company has any merchandise. They advertise products that they don’t deliver. I ordered 65$ with of elastic to sew masks for PPE during Covid 19 and they never delivered it. I received a tracking number but the item was never received by the postal service. In other words, they generated a tracking number from online but had no product. I lost my 65$ and was not able to fulfill masks request. No one will answer phone and no one will respond to emails. Be aware!
