For around one month, Back Brace Plus (BBP) made multiple calls to a senior citizen offering medical equipment to be covered by Medicare. The equipment was refused but unauthorized products were delivered regardless. The individual called BBP for return instructions and was provided an address. USPS mailing fee to return the packages amounts to $50 per item. The individual is concerned of being charged for medical equipment that was not ordered and being stuck with mail return costs.
